When he’s not deep in client conversations, you’ll find him behind the drums, chasing golf balls, snowboarding down a mountain, or spending time with his daughter – the role he calls his favorite.

Shelley may have called a workstation a “hard drive” in her first IT interview but these days, she’s the organizational glue holding things together at LAN. Known for her puzzle-solving brain (literally, she’s a jigsaw genius) and love for relaxing weekends, Shelley brings a calm, thoughtful energy to a fast-paced industry. Whether keeping the team on track or making sure operations run smoothly, she’s proof that a people-first mindset and a caring attitude goes a long way in tech and in business.

Darcy's journey into IT was powered by a natural knack for problem-solving and a love for helping people make sense of their tech. He brings a steady hand, sharp mind, and humble attitude to the LAN team. Whether he’s untangling complex systems or offering no-nonsense advice, Darcy thrives on turning technical challenges into smooth solutions. Raised in the countryside (and no stranger to hard work), he’s as comfortable in a server room as he is driving in a snowstorm looking for fresh powder.

With a natural curiosity for how things work and a mind wired for problem-solving, Andrew took to tech like a roadster to an open highway. Whether he's solving complex client challenges or diving into the latest systems, Andrew thrives on the constant evolution of IT and the joy of helping people get the most out of their tech. When he’s not keeping clients humming along, you might catch him cruising mountain roads, rewatching Star Trek: DS9, or embracing the quiet genius of John Cage’s “4'33" (seriously).

Fascinated by technology from a young age, Jacky turned that early spark into a career of helping people. At LAN, he’s known for bringing a calm, curious mindset to every challenge, along with a talent for keeping things light and making people smile along the way. Whether he's deep in systems or out camping with family, Jacky’s all about connection, growth, and good vibes. If Ryan Reynolds had to play Jacky in a movie (with a little slouch for accuracy), you’d get the perfect mix of laid-back charm and quiet tech brilliance.

Mark’s journey into IT started with some good-natured peer pressure from family and friends who would ask him to fix their computers while he was studying programming at UofC. When he didn’t know how, he learned and discovered fixing computer issues as a new passion. That spark turned into a fulfilling career built around helping people solve real problems. Today, as a leader at LAN, Mark brings calm curiosity, and a serious knack for guiding teams through the trickiest tech challenges (while still managing to get a laugh or two). Off the clock, you’ll find him hosting family dinners, dominating a game of Mahjong, or singing Backstreet Boys, no shame, full heart.

Originally from the small but mighty city of Yellowknife, Tracy brings a grounded, no-nonsense approach to keeping LAN’s financial engine running. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the people she works with, Tracy plays a key role in making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Her steady presence is one of LAN’s not-so-secret weapons. Off the clock, you’ll find her on the golf course, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying a quiet night in, ideally with Roxette on the speakers.

From tuning engines to troubleshooting servers, Shane’s always had a knack for fixing things. After serving in the military, he swapped tools for tech and launched his IT career through SAIT, turning a lifelong interest in computers into a career with purpose. Shane brings deep technical know-how, a calm under-pressure approach, and a passion for continuous growth. He joined LAN for the challenge, stayed for the team, and continues to bring precision, adaptability, and quiet leadership to every project.

Carrie may not brag about it, but she’s got a sixth sense for making things run smoothly, plus a parallel parking game that’s borderline Olympic. Drawn to IT for the people (and their razor-sharp wit), she’s the behind-the-scenes force of LAN who ensures every request gets answered and every team member stays on track. Whether she’s channeling her inner Aubrey Plaza or dropping 6am charm like it’s no big deal, Carrie brings structure, smarts, and a sense of humor that keeps everyone smiling and everything running on point.
